Bed & Breakfast
on our farm located in the beautiful countryside called Emmental
Stately old wooden farmhouses are scattered all over the valleys, the hills, hang on the hillside, hide in the forests, look majestically from the top of the hills down into the valley, where farmers got hold of the scarce flat land.
THAT'S EMMENTAL

It is a great hiking region, whether you enjoy lonely forests or mountains.
The region is suited for biking as well, although the hills are quite steep.

Amid these beautiful environment we offer bed & breakfast.

Sourrounded by pastures and pine forests our farm stands by itself on 920 m above sealevel,
looking down into the valley.


On our 10 ha farm we assure our income through dairy farming and agriculture. Besides cows we have lots of cats, rabbits and chicken. We can be reached by a good road, without through traffic.



The 3 rooms for rent are on the first floor in single occupancy house besides farmhouse.


One room contains: a double bed, an extra bed (a bed for children is available as well).
TV (satellite), radio, desk and cupboard.

The room next door contains: 2 single beds, a bed sofa for two people, desk, cupboard and TV (satellite).

Both rooms have direct access to the balcony, from which you enjoy a view onto the hills and down into the valley

A further room with double bed is on the first floor as well.
Bathroom with shower on the same floor is to your exclusive use.


Tired from walking around, take a rest on our covered seat in front of the house where you can also make barbeques.

 

We would appreciate that you don't smoke in the rooms.


Pets are more than welcome as long as they get along with our cats.

 

Children can use the playground next door with swing and teeter-totter or pass their time on the farm with the animals


Breakfast with fresh products from our farm is served in our kitchen /dining-room.

If wished we also offer half-board or full-board.
